Return policy
Returns are accepted provided that:
The Product is sealed and accompanied by all original packaging, accessories, complimentary items and other components or parts that came with the Product upon delivery, and the Product and/or packaging are undamaged.
The serial number of the Product purchased is the same when a return is requested.
This is not an expired medication.
Customer can claim for Refund for the purchased Product(s) within 3 days from the date of receiving the Product(s).

The availability rating on each product detail page shows how soon we can ship the product to you. Note: If an item is out of stock, availability indicates the estimated time it will take us to receive it from our suppliers under normal conditions.

When you view items you add them to your basket, you can then view your selection in your basket and proceed to checkout to complete your order.
In case of defects or expiry date, a replacement will be made within 14 days.
All orders within the UAE are deliver between 30 minutes to 48 hours. It also depends on the item availability and the mentioned location for delivery.
